(b) Special temporary inspection
This inspection is performed to repair one part or more of a railcar or railcrossing breakdown.

Periodical Inspection: Determine the interval, type and level of equipment and parts to be inspected and analyze the probability of malfunction, wear and failure, to create a comprehensive inspection program.
In addition to preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance, there are personnel who are responsible for checking the cars condition, failure analysis, inspection planning and results. We are in the process of reorganizing the inspection system in order to improve its efficiency and overall quality.

c. Inspection names and contents
(a) Inspection of specification
This inspection is performed each time that a railcar is operated with the purpose of confirming the functions before operation. The truck should be inspected individually and the BC, DC and PC should be inspected when joined together. When in an operational mode, the outer appearance of the parts should be visually examined and the functional level judged according to set criteria. Any panels, terminals or other wom parts that show deterioration should be replaced at this time.
(b) Monthly inspection
This inspection is performed to determine the condition and functions of operation as determined by the operational standards.
